When proposed lease terms state a tenant is not required to put or keep a property in any better state of repair and / or condition than at the commencement of a lease term and evidenced in a Schedule of Condition

What is a Schedule of Condition :

An accurately detailed photographic and written record of a property’s condition at the commencement of a lease term

Purpose of a Schedule of Condition :

To limit a tenants lease repair / dilapidations liabilities
